I am a Traveler, Visual Journalist and Bikram Yoga Teacher. I have traveled to over 31 countries around the globe. After 18 years of independent traveling, I'm excited and happy to present you with summarized version of my travel experiences. I created this blog to share my passion for exploring new places and cultures. What you will find in my blog is simplicity. Simple and valuable tips and easy breezy to follow travel ideas, which will save you money and time. I will be showing you lots of photos and videos to keep you excited and motivated to make your own travel dreams become true!

A native of Bulgaria, I received my BFA in education and minor in speech pathology at Sofia University. In 2000 I moved to the United States and later on I earned MA in photography at Ohio University. I have worked on different projects in Africa, Latin America, Europe and USA. My work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, USA Today, and many others. My photos appeared at numerous exhibits and I have won various international awards.

My travel stories will take you to the high mountains of Rila in my native Bulgaria, the coffee fields and lush vegetation in Yirgalem town in Ethiopia, the remote villages in the Atlas mountains of Morocco, the universal town Auroville in India, the serene Garden Island Kauai , the mixture between Asia and Europe at the Bosphorus in Istanbul, the vibrant live-music scene and fantastic cuisine in New Orleans, the most romantic destinations in Europe - Prague, Venice and Santorini, and to the unique beauty of several Caribbean islands.
